What you will do

• Identify and analyze relevant payment methods for Europe, Asia, and LatAm regions.
• Lead negotiations and legal contracting with payment partners.
• Launch and scale new payment methods across global business units.
• Design merchant payout processes compliant with PSD2 standards.
• Monitor payment and refund metrics to optimize conversion and identify bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience signing and closing deals with payment systems or large merchants.
• Deep knowledge of the European payment landscape and acquiring processes.
• Technical proficiency in PCI DSS compliance.
• Ability to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex payment features.
• Strong negotiation skills and Fluent English.
• Must be based in or relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

• Fluency in Chinese.
• Experience with Asian and LatAm payment markets.
• Product perspective on designing payment architectures.
