Focus on optimizing end-to-end workflows, managing project delivery across multiple countries, and coaching junior experts.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional process improvement initiatives across ING countries, domains, and business functions.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and measurable value creation.
• Co-create and institutionalize global process standards for digitalization and operational performance management.
• Coach and mentor junior process professionals to raise organizational maturity and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in sourcing, analytics, risk, and business controls.
• Deliver training sessions on LEAN, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement through the Process Management Academy.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in process design and improvement using LEAN, Six Sigma, or BPM.
• 1–3 years of experience in coaching and capability building.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Advanced skills in process analysis and mapping (SIPOC, VSM) and root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in large matrix organizations.
• Location: Must be based in Manila

Nice to have

• LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Agile or Scrum certifications.
