What you will do

• Develop product strategy and roadmaps for Deal Manufacturing workflows across the deal lifecycle.
• Define detailed requirements to improve deal origination, underwriting, and execution workflows.
• Partner with investing teams, portfolio management, engineering, and operations to deliver front-office improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance pipeline visibility and reduce manual processes via standardization.
• Manage third-party vendors to support and expand Deal Manufacturing capabilities.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and manage backlog prioritization.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Financial Services or product management within an agile environment.
• Experience with transaction, underwriting, or investment workflows in Private Markets, Banking, or related domains.
• Ability to lead product strategy and influence senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Executive-level communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-workstream programs and prioritizing parallel initiatives.
• Must be based in London, UK.
