What you will do
- Define the 3-year vision and 12-month strategy for the Business Investor proposition based on SME needs, market opportunities, competition, and regulatory requirements.
- Own the vertical end to end: positioning, target segments, commercial strategy, value proposition, and long-term success.
- Build business cases for major product investments, partnerships, and pricing initiatives using unit economics and risk trade-offs.
- Drive commercial performance (customer growth, AUM, revenue, contribution margin) and deliver OKRs/KPIs across acquisition, activation, retention, and satisfaction.
- Lead product discovery and convert insights into an outcome-driven roadmap with testable hypotheses, prioritization, and sequencing.
- Own end-to-end delivery and operating rhythms; act hands-on when needed to unblock teams and ensure quality and execution pace.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product leadership with direct ownership of growth outcomes (customer acquisition, revenue, AUM, retention, and related commercial metrics).
- Experience building products for SMEs in investing, banking, payments, accounting, lending, or other financial services.
- Strong commercial acumen: pricing, unit economics, profitability, and making effective trade-offs under constraints.
- Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing product teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Risk & Compliance.
- English: C1 level and above (regular communication with the UK-based team).
