What you will do

• Deliver high-level visibility into quota attainment, pipeline health, and win/loss trends to provide the "why" behind the numbers.
• Act as the primary analytical point of contact for global Sales Leadership to directly influence commercial strategy and territory planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, BI, Finance, and Product to maintain a single source of truth for revenue data.
• Analyze multi-dimensional datasets to identify correlations between business activities and long-term revenue growth.
• Refine sales forecasting models in collaboration with FP&A to align sales optimism with financial reality.
• Oversee Salesforce data integrity and provide architectural insights to automate manual reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Finance with a focus on performance analysis.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering insights to senior stakeholders, including VP and C-level leadership.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
• Must live within a commutable distance of the London office.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity with high autonomy and minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in Spark SQL for Databricks.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including the ability to read P&L and Balance sheets.
