What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce within the Private Markets distribution team.
• Own and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate reporting and client activity tracking.
• Produce client, consultant, and market insights to shape distribution strategy.
• Develop Salesforce dashboards and reporting to provide actionable intelligence.
• Support client targeting, engagement planning, and business development activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance decision-making through digital tools and AI.

Requirements

• Experience working with Salesforce CRM in a sales, distribution, or commercial insights environment.
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines, opportunity management, and CRM reporting.
• Proven ability to translate data into practical recommendations for sales teams.
• Understanding of institutional investment management, private markets, or broader financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience supporting senior professionals.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
