What you will do

• Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and comprehensive A/B testing.
• Partner with content, creative, demand generation, and SDR teams to build high-performing landing page experiences.
• Utilize AI tools and automation for keyword research, audience insights, and budget optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing operations to improve campaign tracking, UTM hygiene, and source-of-truth reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid media campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience with analytics and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
• Proven track record of managing six-figure media budgets with measurable pipeline impact.
• English: C1+ level (spoken and written) is a must.
• Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv District, Israel.
