What you will do

  • Identify target markets and institutional segments, defining pricing, packaging, and value propositions.
  • Own the end-to-end pipeline: prospecting, conducting meetings, and closing pilot deals.
  • Create sales playbooks and processes to transform the vertical into a scalable revenue machine.
  • Hire, coach, and lead the B2B sales team.
  • Implement AI and sales automation tools to optimize cold outreach and data entry.
  • Establish strategic distribution partnerships with school networks and associations.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably within the EdTech sector.
  • Proven history of building sales motions from scratch in early-stage environments.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making using CRM data and unit economics.
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI and sales automation tools to increase productivity.
  • Fluent English for international networks or Fluent Spanish for Spanish-speaking markets.

Nice to have

  • Existing network of contacts within private school networks or educational associations.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C EdTech domains.
