What you will do
- Identify target markets and institutional segments, defining pricing, packaging, and value propositions.
- Own the end-to-end pipeline: prospecting, conducting meetings, and closing pilot deals.
- Create sales playbooks and processes to transform the vertical into a scalable revenue machine.
- Hire, coach, and lead the B2B sales team.
- Implement AI and sales automation tools to optimize cold outreach and data entry.
- Establish strategic distribution partnerships with school networks and associations.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably within the EdTech sector.
- Proven history of building sales motions from scratch in early-stage environments.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making using CRM data and unit economics.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI and sales automation tools to increase productivity.
- Fluent English for international networks or Fluent Spanish for Spanish-speaking markets.
Nice to have
- Existing network of contacts within private school networks or educational associations.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C EdTech domains.
