What you will do
- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI capabilities within Sitefinity Insight (CDP).
- Create and manage the product roadmap aligned with strategic objectives and market trends.
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback to shape product enhancements and improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and adoption.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and monitor developments in AI technologies and user behaviors.
- Define detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while utilizing data to measure feature impact.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product management experience with B2B, SaaS, or ecommerce products.
- Willingness to work in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, and copilots.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams toward common goals.
Nice to have
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
- Experience with personalization, recommendations, analytics, or AI-driven CX solutions.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
