Lead Product Manager (Ascend Platform Access)

TL;DR

Lead Product Manager (Ascend Platform Access): Lead strategy and delivery of platform services for client access, identity, security, and infrastructure provisioning with an accent on multi-tenant enterprise capabilities, IAM, authentication, and automated provisioning. What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ascend Platform Access, Security & Risk services
• Lead client identity management, access control, entitlements, and authorization models
• Drive provisioning and de-provisioning of client and platform infrastructure
• Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and regional teams on microservices design for scalability, resilience, and security
• Embed compliance, auditability, and security-by-design into services
• Act as senior point of contact for global stakeholders, providing roadmap visibility and supporting go-to-market enablement

Requirements

• 7+ years as Senior Product Manager or Product Owner in SaaS or platform environments
• Experience owning complex platform services for access management, client management, or infrastructure provisioning
• Experience with IAM, identity providers, authentication, authorization, and token management
• Solid technical understanding of microservices, AWS (EKS/Kubernetes), Terraform, and infrastructure provisioning
• Experience in compliance, auditability, and security governance
• Experience in FinTech, analytics, decisioning, fraud, or enterprise SaaS platforms

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-tenant enterprise platforms
• Background in financial services, analytics, identity, fraud, or decisioning
• Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent
• Product management certification
• Familiarity with Jira, Aha!, or similar tools
