What you will do
- Install, service, and upgrade mailing, document, and parcel locker systems onsite at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot general technical issues to ensure the effective functioning of equipment and controls.
- Configure hardware and embedded software components after installation.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of products.
- Perform routine maintenance and manage the stock of replacement parts and equipment.
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3+ years of experience in electrical/mechanical installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
- Ability to lift or move 50lbs.
- Must be based in or able to work in Denver, CO for hybrid requirements.
