Salary: $46,000 – $57,000 per year.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming hardware deliveries while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and prepare hardware shipments for customer deployments according to company standards.
• Configure transit hardware and perform device diagnostics and basic troubleshooting.
• Learn to carry out component-level repairs, including soldering, under guidance.
• Ensure inventory data remains accurate across internal tracking systems.
• Support continuous improvements to warehouse and repair processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, CO and able to work on-site at our warehouse.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and experience with documentation.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets or inventory management systems.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, including AI-based productivity software.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
• Experience working with hardware, electronics, or repairs.
