Manager, Sustaining Maintenance (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Maximize equipment uptime and ensure workspace safety while minimizing operational costs through efficient resource allocation.
• Lead and develop a technical team consisting of 4 engineers and 28 technicians across all groups.
• Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), specifically OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Develop maintenance schedules and manage budgets to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespans.
• Design and implement routine inspection schedules to prevent major machinery breakdowns.
• Collaborate with Engineering Support to drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operational environments, preferably within semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven people management and leadership experience in cross-functional environments.
• In-depth expertise in test processes and equipment.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and data analytical tools such as PowerBI, SQL, or Spotfire.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
