Manager, Sustaining Maintenance (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead the test maintenance technical support system and oversee daily machine performance across managed areas.
• Manage engineers and technicians while setting goals, evaluating performance, and providing technical guidance.
• Maximize equipment uptime, improve OEE, reduce downtime, and control operational costs through effective resource allocation.
• Track KPIs including MTBF and MTTR, prepare progress logs, and use performance data to optimize operations.
• Develop maintenance schedules, inspection routines, budgets, and improvement plans to extend asset lifespans.
• Coordinate with Engineering Support and other cross-functional teams while ensuring safety, environmental, and procedural compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in operations environments; experience in test semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous.
• Experience in people management and leadership within cross-functional environments.
• In-depth expertise in test processes and equipment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, decision-making, and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience with SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Spotfire.
