What you will do

• Follow quality policies, the standard code of conduct, and company guiding values.
• Prepare daily or shift reports for the Equipment Engineer.
• Monitor equipment operation and keep preventive maintenance and calibration records up to date.
• Collaborate with operators and engineering to resolve machine- and process-related quality issues.
• Update downtime and uptime reports through the R7/R8 system and participate in AM-PM and 5S programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• More than 3 years of experience as an Assembly Line Sustaining Technician.
• Experience with assembly equipment for QFN, TQFP, and SOIC packages.
• Knowledge of FOL equipment, including wire bonding and die attach systems from ASM, KNS, and ESEC.
• Familiarity with TS16949, HSPM, and failure analysis techniques.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities, use common workplace software such as Word and Excel, work collaboratively, and respond to off-hours calls.
