What you will do

• Follow the company quality policy, code of conduct, and guiding values.
• Provide daily or shift equipment reports to the Equipment Engineer.
• Monitor equipment operational status and keep preventive maintenance and calibration records updated.
• Collaborate with operators and engineering to resolve machine- and process-related quality issues.
• Update downtime and uptime reports through the R7/R8 system.
• Participate in AM-PM and 5S programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• More than 3 years of experience as an Assembly Line Sustaining Technician.
• Experience with equipment used to assemble QFN, TQFP, and SOIC packages.
• Knowledge of Backgrind, Wafer Saw, die attach, wire bonding, molding, plating, marking, and packing machines.
• Familiarity with TS16949, HSPM, and failure analysis techniques.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities, use common workplace software, work collaboratively, and respond to off-hours calls.
