Director, Quality Assurance (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of nine QA professionals at the Reinbek site.
• Ensure robust GMP compliance, inspection readiness, and high-quality execution of site operations.
• Deploy global Quality standards and support the renewal and simplification of the hirify.global QMS.
• Drive quality governance, deviation management, CAPA effectiveness, and product quality reviews.
• Collaborate with Site Leadership and Corporate Quality to protect patients and product quality.
• Execute digital quality projects and provide oversight of external suppliers and partners.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience in Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of EU-GMP, Quality Management Systems, and regulatory expectations.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Proven ability to lead change and drive digital or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong business mindset and ability to manage complex stakeholders.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Reinbek manufacturing site.

Nice to have

• Qualified Person (QP) qualification.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
