What you will do

• Lead and manage strategy planning and execution across the Southeast Asia frontline.
• Collaborate with business lines and finance to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
• Manage the roadmap of transformation initiatives for country teams.
• Partner with People & Communications to drive employee engagement with the corporate strategy.
• Coach leaders and project managers on transformation and change management methodologies.
• Proactively assess strategy progress and transformation impact using data analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• University degree (M.Sc.) in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives in a global matrix environment.
• Strong expertise in change management and organizational development.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
