What you will do
- Lead the development and implementation of transformational strategies, ensuring alignment with clients' long-term visions.
- Create innovative strategies to adapt to market dynamics and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Define comprehensive transformation roadmaps, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Manage both commercial and delivery responsibilities to drive successful implementation and meet targeted results.
- Provide forward-thinking recommendations based on the latest trends in energy and transport sectors.
- Mentor and guide consultants to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Master's Degree.
- 5-7 years of experience within a consultancy firm.
- Existing network within relevant transport and/or energy companies.
- Background in strategic analysis, strategy development, and organizational transformation.
- Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
- Must possess a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
Nice to have
- Fluent German language skills.
- Strong interest and expertise in data and AI-related topics.
