What you will do
- Own the CRM vision and roadmap end-to-end, translating CRM strategy into sequenced plans with measurable outcomes.
- Drive data model evolution across supporter records, households, donations, soft credits, and communications, including migrations and architectural tradeoffs.
- Sharpen segmentation and Lists to enable powerful filtering and data-informed audience slicing.
- Grow the CRM as an acquisition engine by shipping top-of-funnel features that bring new organizations into the platform.
- Own insights and metrics showing how email and stewardship communications increase giving.
- Run strong product practice by working directly with nonprofits, defining success before shipping, measuring impact after, and iterating.
