DevOps Engineer (LegalTech)

Location: Must be based in Denver, CO (Hybrid: 3 days per week in-office required).

Salary: $130,000–$165,000 USD.

What you will do

• Contribute to the continuous and timely delivery of application releases for business-critical services.
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment consistency and efficiency.
• Assist in managing cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementations using tools like Terraform.
• Build and maintain automated release pipelines for packaging, testing, and deployment.
• Support system monitoring through dashboards, metrics, and logging tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, CO and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, or DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps Pipelines or similar tools.
• Experience with Windows Server or Linux administration.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and Git.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET technologies and frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like xUnit or Jest.
• Exposure to static code analysis tools such as SonarQube.
• Experience with artifact repositories like NuGet or NPM.
