TL;DR

Senior Marketing & Brand Manager (Gamedev): Developing and executing global go-to-market strategies for AAA titles with an accent on brand positioning, audience targeting, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on managing 360-degree marketing campaigns, overseeing asset creation, and optimizing performance metrics throughout the product lifecycle.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Montréal, Quebec, Canada (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute global launch plans to maximize brand awareness and commercial performance.
  • Define brand positioning, target audiences, and key messaging for international campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets and collaborate with creative and media agencies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance using key metrics.
  • Support communication strategies in collaboration with PR and Community teams.
  • Ensure alignment with development teams to maintain brand vision and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Proven experience launching video games, including at least one AAA title with an international campaign.
  • Strong experience in 360 marketing campaign management and working with external agencies.
  • Ability to analyze performance and optimize marketing initiatives based on data and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle from launch through live operations.
  • Experience with consumer research and testing.
  • Experience managing partnerships or licensing agreements.
