What you will do
- Develop and execute global launch plans to maximize brand awareness and commercial performance.
- Define brand positioning, target audiences, and key messaging for international campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets and collaborate with creative and media agencies.
- Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance using key metrics.
- Support communication strategies in collaboration with PR and Community teams.
- Ensure alignment with development teams to maintain brand vision and business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Proven experience launching video games, including at least one AAA title with an international campaign.
- Strong experience in 360 marketing campaign management and working with external agencies.
- Ability to analyze performance and optimize marketing initiatives based on data and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience managing the full product lifecycle from launch through live operations.
- Experience with consumer research and testing.
- Experience managing partnerships or licensing agreements.
