What you will do

• Build and maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for all 2D/3D art and video assets.
• Own the marketing asset roadmap, defining project scopes and timelines for character drops and seasonal events.
• Coordinate the production and delivery of localized assets for iOS and Google Play storefronts.
• Manage workflows for high-volume video ad variations for user acquisition.
• Use Jira to bridge marketing requests with game development pipelines.
• Review outgoing assets to ensure compliance with platform specifications and visual identity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital asset management or creative production.
• Strong understanding of mobile gaming culture and asset requirements.
• Expert knowledge of video/image formats, resolutions, and compression standards.
• Experience managing asset pipelines with multi-language localization.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
