What you will do

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management of service and outsourcing contracts.
• Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the ING Outsourcing Framework and global compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve service escalations and identify root causes.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights during regular service review meetings.
• Oversee data governance to ensure accuracy and consistency in service documentation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of third-party risk management, outsourcing, and service lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in creating structured documentation, dashboards, and reports using Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with risk and control frameworks and global compliance standards.
• Experience working effectively within a global team environment.
