What you will do

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 10 Implementation Analysts, including overall performance management.
  • Oversee the successful transfer of participant plan data into the production environment for large, not-for-profit, and government defined contribution plans.
  • Resolve complex escalations and maintain strong relationships between interdepartmental teams.
  • Analyze internal record-keeping platforms and recommend enhancements to improve production efficiencies and client experience.
  • Execute and distribute Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Plan Production Timing reports to identify operational refinement needs.
  • Ensure adherence to documented project plan procedures to minimize market risks and gain/loss errors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • FINRA Fingerprinting required.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in implementation or related work.
  • 5 years of prior management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and defined contribution plan documents is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel, specifically formulas and VLOOKUP functionality.
