TL;DR
Senior Service Delivery Consultant (Fintech): Providing reliable support and maintenance of Data Management solutions with an accent on L2/L3 application support and client service delivery. Focus on diagnosing complex technical issues, collaborating with developers to optimize solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor for financial clients.
Location: Manila (Hybrid: 2x a week in office)

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for the installation of Data Management solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve L2/L3 technical issues and service requests according to SLAs.
- Collaborate with developers to analyze client requirements and provide optimal business and technical solutions.
- Manage client relationships at multiple levels to serve as a trusted advisor.
- Share knowledge with local and global specialist teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- Must be based in Manila to accommodate the hybrid working arrangement.
- Experience in L2 or L3 application support within a large IT department or operational team.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, XML/XSL, JSON/YAML, or Powershell scripting.
- Knowledge of Cloud operations (AWS or Azure).
- Basic understanding of Financial Data Management (portfolio pricing, reference data, corporate actions).
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.
Nice to have
- Experience in maintenance of Data Management Solution (formerly GAIN product).
- Professional experience within the financial sector.
