What you will do
- Support the Configuration Deployment Service (CDS) team to ensure efficient service delivery across different time zones.
- Engage in configuration deployments and participate in client meetings to coordinate delivery.
- Plan and prepare deployment windows in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Create configuration packages based on client definitions and oversee the deployment process.
- Maintain documentation and reporting according to defined service procedures.
- Advise on process improvements based on operational experience and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Natural Science, Economics, or a similar qualification.
- Experience configuring and deploying complex standard software applications within the financial services industry.
- Technical proficiency with Windows Server environments and basic knowledge of cloud technology.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes in the investment industry.
- Fluent English (oral and written).
- Ability to work APAC shift hours with flexibility.
- Based in Manila for a hybrid work arrangement (2x a week in office).
