What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise and sovereign AI programs from design through deployment.
• Develop program plans, governance frameworks, and cross-functional coordination strategies.
• Serve as the primary program lead and Voice of the Customer for strategic accounts.
• Drive program performance by managing risks, budgets, and KPI-driven outcomes.
• Partner with regional leadership to support growth and go-to-market efforts in the UK and EMEA.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer executives and government partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex, customer-facing technology programs.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise programs across the full lifecycle.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently in a global, matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI, HPC, or data center infrastructure programs in the UK.
• Familiarity with UK AI policy, data sovereignty, and public-sector procurement.
• Experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise or comparable AI/ML platforms.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
