What you will do

  • Act as the primary bridge between internal stakeholders and core Product teams to deploy and validate new capabilities.
  • Serve as a foundational pillar and mentor for the IAM engineering team to foster technical excellence.
  • Identify systemic inefficiencies and automate legacy processes using an automation-first mindset.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of modern authentication and governance.
  • Design, deploy, and govern AI agents and AI-enabled services within the enterprise.
  • Deliver data-driven leadership updates and track KPIs to prove the health and maturity of the IAM ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
  • Deep expertise in modern authentication protocols including OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0.
  • Strong background in IaC tools, specifically Okta Workflows and Terraform.
  • Proven experience integrating IAM configuration into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of session management, token security, and continuous access evaluation.
  • Experience leading and developing other engineers in a high-performance environment.
