What you will do

• Design and maintain infrastructure for DSOC platforms and security tooling.
• Provide high-level technical support for servers, storage, networks, and cloud workloads.
• Implement automation and infrastructure-as-code to modernize environments.
• Collaborate with security teams to enable log ingestion and threat detection.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL frameworks.
• Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• Experience in infrastructure engineering supporting security or monitoring platforms.
• Strong knowledge of servers, storage, network, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Experience integrating SIEM, SOAR, or EDR technologies.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise-level troubleshooting.
• Australian Citizenship and AGSVA NV1 Clearance are mandatory.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, VMware, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience specifically in SOC or DSOC environments.
• Knowledge of observability and logging platforms.
