- Maintain and develop positive business relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.
- Implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to achieve targets.
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Organize sales meetings and product training sessions to build demand.
- Monitor and measure sales performance within the assigned district.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product support and market penetration.
Требования
- Must be based in or able to work in Daegu, South Korea.
- University degree, preferably in a bio-health related field.
- 3-7 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with medical devices.
- Proven experience in surgical specialties such as GS, GYN, URO, or TS.
- Strong background in KOL and channel management within university and general hospitals.
- Good communication skills in English.
