Promotions & Merchandising Manager (iGaming): Strategically leading and refining merchandise and account-managed player promotion functions to drive revenue and player lifetime value. Focus on designing promotional calendars, optimizing segmentation models for high-value players, and managing full-lifecycle event operations with an accent on data-driven decision-making and cost-efficient vendor management.

Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada. This role is hybrid, requiring office attendance at least twice a week.

Salary: CAD 113,000 – CAD 126,500 per year

What you will do

  • Design and oversee the annual promotional calendar, merchandise framework, and VIP event strategy.
  • Partner with CRM, Product, and Account Management leadership to deliver a seamless player experience.
  • Optimize segmentation models and reinvestment frameworks to maximize retention and mitigate churn.
  • Lead full-lifecycle merchandise and event operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory auditing.
  • Own annual and quarterly budgets, leveraging A/B testing and analytics to maximize ROI.
  • Manage third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure cost control and premium quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in VIP events and high-value player strategies, ideally in iGaming or premium hospitality.
  • Expertise in global merchandise functions, including corporate buying and international sourcing.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in software platforms for gifting management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Previous leadership experience is required.
