What you will do

• Manage operations and fulfilment tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor orders end-to-end and coordinate with vendors to meet dispatch and delivery SLAs.
• Liaise with freight providers to track shipments, investigate delays, and manage re-bookings.
• Collaborate with Customer Service teams to resolve delivery-related issues.
• Validate freight labels, tracking details, and shipment information for accuracy.
• Process credit notes and operational adjustments in line with company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, fulfilment, or customer service within retail or e-commerce environments.
• Experience coordinating freight activities and liaising with third-party vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage operational documentation.
• Must be available to work during NSW time zone hours.
