What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a large team of 200 to 300 employees.
• Drive operational performance, ensuring safety, customer service, and productivity targets are met.
• Cultivate a positive workplace culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Initiate and execute process optimization projects to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Manage staffing levels and resource allocation to meet shifting operational demands.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and implement operational best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in operational or warehouse management.
• Solid understanding of inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and labor law.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in Robakowo or able to commute for a hybrid role.
