What you will do

• Design and develop digital learning solutions including e-learning, simulations, and video resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into effective learning experiences.
• Build interactive content using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise.
• Apply instructional design principles to ensure accessibility, inclusion, and quality standards.
• Utilize learner feedback and analytics to evaluate and continuously improve learning effectiveness.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation efficiency and media production.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and developing digital learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning practices.
• Proficiency in digital authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise.
• Ability to manage multiple design activities and meet delivery timelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or Synthesia.
• Background in developing software or business process simulations.
• Knowledge of learning measurement frameworks and analytics.
• Experience working within large-scale transformation or change programmes.
• Understanding of telecommunications or technology business environments.
