What you will do

• Negotiate with clients to secure profitable auction consignments.
• Perform physical inspections of auction wines at warehouses and client properties.
• Cultivate and maintain a personal client base of buyers and sellers across Asia.
• Provide high-level customer service and support for wine auctions and related events.
• Manage sale administration and maintain accurate warehouse inventory records.
• Actively promote wine sales, retail business, and cross-departmental opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in the Auction or Fine Wine industry.
• Proficient knowledge of wines and vintages relevant to the auction market.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving cases of wine.
• High level of attention to detail for data analysis and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
