Specialist, Wine: Managing wine consignments and client relationships for auction sales in Asia with an accent on wine inspection, valuation, and business development. Focus on securing profitable consignments, cultivating a client base, and executing high-level client service for wine auctions and retail events.

What you will do
- Negotiate with clients to secure profitable auction consignments.
- Perform physical inspections of auction wines at warehouses and client properties.
- Cultivate and maintain a personal client base of buyers and sellers across Asia.
- Provide high-level customer service and support for wine auctions and related events.
- Manage sale administration and maintain accurate warehouse inventory records.
- Actively promote wine sales, retail business, and cross-departmental opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in the Auction or Fine Wine industry.
- Proficient knowledge of wines and vintages relevant to the auction market.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Ability to perform physical work, including moving cases of wine.
- High level of attention to detail for data analysis and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
