What you will do
- Administer and operate middleware platforms for application integration, messaging, and business process automation.
- Manage application and web servers to ensure secure and high-availability operations.
- Maintain messaging, streaming, and integration platforms to ensure reliable data flow.
- Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of middleware components in production.
- Execute deployments, configuration changes, patches, and upgrades following ITIL practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise middleware administration within production environments.
- Hands-on experience with application and web servers (WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, IIS, Apache, Nginx).
- Experience with messaging and integration platforms (IBM MQ, TIBCO EMS, Confluent Kafka).
- Experience supporting BPM and process automation platforms (TIBCO, Pega, Red Hat PAM, IBM BAMOE).
- Intermediate English proficiency for technical documentation and global collaboration.
- Proven ability to work in high-availability, SLA-driven environments.
Nice to have
- Confluent Certified Administrator for Apache Kafka (CCAK) or equivalent.
- IBM Certified Solution Implementer – WebSphere MQ or equivalent.
- Experience in regulated or mission-critical enterprise environments.
