TL;DR
Network Infrastructure Analyst (Voice & IP): Supporting and maintaining enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure with an accent on Microsoft Teams Calling, voice routing, and E911 compliance. Focus on modernizing infrastructure, implementing automation, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.
Location: Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico (Onsite 5 days a week)

What you will do
- Maintain and support enterprise voice and collaboration services, specifically Microsoft Teams calling.
- Manage DID provisioning, routing configurations, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
- Participate in E911 configuration, validation, and compliance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice, network, and routing-related technical issues.
- Develop scripts and workflows to automate infrastructure tasks.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve troubleshooting and operational insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Pre-advanced English proficiency.
- Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, SIP), and telephony.
- Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams or Cisco.
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Monterrey.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Knowledge of infrastructure modernization and cloud/hybrid environments.
- Relevant technical certifications in Microsoft, Networking, or Cloud.
