Location: Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote).

What you will do
- Document and analyze system workflows and end-to-end ecosystem interactions for connected vehicle services.
- Investigate performance issues and develop technical remedies to improve customer experience.
- Design and implement performance metrics to monitor service delivery.
- Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline routine analysis and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and product teams to define requirements for new product launches.
- Prepare and present project plans and status reports to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a lead technical role.
- 3+ years of experience in the wireless industry (CDMA, GSM, UMTS, LTE).
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database structures.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Must be eligible to work in Mexico without sponsorship.
