Cloud Desktop Support Technician (Azure): Supporting client technical issues for Azure Managed Services with an accent on stability and efficiency within hybrid cloud environments. Focus on resolving complex technical challenges across the Microsoft 365 and Azure stacks.
Location: Remote in LATAM (Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Honduras, Panama, Peru, El Salvador, Uruguay). Shift: 3rd shift (Sunday - Wednesday, Midnight to 11am Pacific time).

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client technical issues within the Azure Managed Services division.
- Ensure stability and operational efficiency within hybrid cloud environments.
- Combine traditional desktop troubleshooting with modern Azure administration.
- Collaborate with IT professionals and business stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot problems across the Microsoft 365 and Azure stacks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a systems administrator or desktop support technician.
- Technical proficiency in Azure administration and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to work 3rd shift (Sunday - Wednesday, Midnight to 11am Pacific time).
- Must be based in one of the listed LATAM countries.
