Site Superintendent (Luxury Custom Homes)

hirify.global is partnering with a local construction company to hire a Residential Site Superintendent for luxury custom homes.

What you will do

• Lead daily construction activities and keep jobsites clean, organized, and client-ready.
• Ensure all work aligns with architectural, structural, and interior design plans while protecting premium materials and custom features.
• Execute phase-by-phase construction schedules and coordinate sequencing of trades and specialty vendors.
• Plan around inspections, approvals, and long-lead materials; identify risks early and partner with the PM on solutions.
• Perform continuous quality inspections with a finish-level focus and manage punch lists for minimal rework.
• Enforce safety protocols, maintain dust control and environmental protections, and keep detailed jobsite records in construction management software.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of residential construction experience, including high-end finishes, custom details, and specialty installations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior design plans.
• Excellent communication skills with trades, designers, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
• Ability to manage complex custom builds with longer timelines and dependencies.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
