What you will do
- Provide first-tier support for technology-related issues.
- Enter call data and trouble tickets into the database.
- Track unresolved tickets to ensure proper escalation based on established guidelines.
- Maintain current knowledge of product offerings and support policies.
- Participate in team projects to enhance help desk service quality and efficiency.
- Assist in training workshops and special product-related issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments.
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of telecommunications, networking, and desktop environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with AIX, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft M365.
- Knowledge of PBX, voice mail, and peripheral devices.
- Familiarity with Ethernet and TCP/IP protocols.
