TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide first-tier support for technology-related issues.
  • Enter call data and trouble tickets into the database.
  • Track unresolved tickets to ensure proper escalation based on established guidelines.
  • Maintain current knowledge of product offerings and support policies.
  • Participate in team projects to enhance help desk service quality and efficiency.
  • Assist in training workshops and special product-related issues.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments.
  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications, networking, and desktop environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AIX, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft M365.
  • Knowledge of PBX, voice mail, and peripheral devices.
  • Familiarity with Ethernet and TCP/IP protocols.
