TL;DR

Continuous Improvement Leader (Manufacturing): Executing regional CI strategy and driving operational excellence across North American agricultural operations with an accent on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and change management. Focus on leading regional teams, implementing global standards, and delivering measurable improvements in cost, quality, and efficiency.

Location: Must be based in Johnston, IA, USA. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence Tuesday–Thursday.

What you will do

  • Lead regional CI teams and consultants to execute initiatives of varying complexity.
  • Implement and sustain Lean Management Systems (LMS) in alignment with global standards.
  • Develop and deliver regional CI training programs and mentor operational leaders.
  • Facilitate kaizen events and workshops to address complex regional challenges.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement across functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required (Master’s preferred).
  • Extensive experience in CI, Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Must be able to travel domestically 25-40% of the time.
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or agricultural operations preferred.
