Compensation: $375,000 – $400,000 OTE + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Build and lead the Brazil sales team through recruiting and performance coaching.
• Own the full regional revenue target as a player/coach from pipeline to close.
• Partner with leadership to refine ICP, messaging, and GTM playbooks.
• Develop strategic accounts and channel partnerships across key verticals.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• Represent the company at industry events and in executive customer conversations.

Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI, automation, or workflow software.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding regional revenue targets.
• Startup experience in a fast-growth environment.
• Strong executive presence and ability to simplify complex AI concepts.
