What you will do
- Architect sales infrastructure and design scalable workflows and tooling from the ground up.
- Own the end-to-end HubSpot ecosystem, including data models, pipeline stages, and automations.
- Build and maintain prospecting and enrichment workflows using Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Implement conversation intelligence tools to enable coaching and gain pipeline insights.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows for lead scoring, call summarization, and forecasting.
- Create dashboards and reporting for real-time pipeline health and rep performance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Practical experience implementing AI tools within sales workflows.
- Proven track record of architecting systems from loose briefs.
- Technical mindset with a strong understanding of data, integrations, and automation logic.
- Must be based in Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling sales ops in early or growth-stage startups.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools like Zapier and Make.
- Experience supporting both SDR and AE motions.
- Prior experience working in remote and distributed teams.
