Staff Product Manager (Autonomous Trucking)

Salary: $180,000 - $240,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year product roadmap for autonomous trucking applications.
• Unify engineering, operations, and commercial teams around a shared product vision.
• Own the product lifecycle from opportunity identification through deployment and iteration.
• Set prioritization frameworks and influence engineering resourcing at the executive level.
• Author rigorous product requirements and partner with engineering leadership on system architecture.
• Serve as the primary product relationship owner for key customers to translate operational needs into product direction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in complex, technical domains like autonomous vehicles, robotics, or logistics.
• Demonstrated organizational influence with a track record of shaping strategy at the VP level and above.
• Technical authority with a background in engineering or computer science to engage on architecture and feasibility.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity in novel, high-stakes problem spaces.
• U.S. person status or citizenship may be required due to national security-related restrictions on certain projects.
