What you will do

• Define operating models, process mapping, and product requirements to bring the hirify.global Driver to market.
• Design frameworks for site readiness, service design, partner integration, and customer onboarding.
• Build repeatable pilot-to-scale playbooks to move customers and lanes toward driverless-ready deployments.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams involving autonomy, operations, engineering, legal, and external partners.
• Develop partnership requirements and operating models with OEMs and service providers.
• Produce executive-ready decision memos and detailed product artifacts for commercial workstreams.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, operations, or strategy within complex technical environments such as AV, trucking, robotics, or physical-AI deployment.
• Proven experience establishing operating models from scratch for physical-world businesses (services, workflows, and tools).
• Track record of designing and scaling complex B2B products, services, or programs.
• Strong systems thinking and first-principles judgment to resolve ambiguous problems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
• Executive-grade written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B enterprise customers, strategic partnerships, or OEM ecosystems.
• Zero-to-one product or program experience at an early-stage scaling startup.
• Direct experience in autonomous trucking or freight tech.
• Experience scaling 24/7 operating environments such as a Command Center or NOC.
• MBA degree.
