Salary: $160,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead a cross-functional team of product managers across autonomous driving, software, data, and hardware.
- Develop and execute product visions, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with market and technology trends.
- Implement a unified, iterative product development process from customer insights to end-of-life.
- Collaborate with engineering, business development, and customer success to ensure competitive advantage.
- Define and deliver on OKRs while refining KPI processes across the organization.
- Communicate product strategy and positioning to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in autonomy, robotics, and product commercialization.
- Proven operational knowledge of ride-hail, PUDO logistics, and last-mile transit problems.
- Experience launching greenfield products and managing complete product lifecycles.
- Strong background in leading and developing product and engineering teams.
- Must be based in the US and able to undergo a driving record check.
- Ability to travel moderately (11%-25%).

- Experience in Automotive, Transportation, SaaS, or AI industries.
- Proven success working in a startup or small business environment with limited resources.
