What you will do

• Lead a team of product managers across autonomous driving technology, application software, data & analytics, and vehicle hardware.
• Create compelling product visions, strategies, and roadmaps by collaborating with stakeholders and leveraging market trends.
• Implement a unified, iterative product development process managing internal and external resources throughout the product life cycle.
• Define team and product OKRs and ensure the development of refined KPI processes.
• Perform pricing and value analysis to maximize competitiveness and profit while meeting budget requirements.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and positioning to executive and C-level leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in autonomy, robotics, and commercialization of products.
• Proven expertise in autonomous vehicle technology to effectively debate technical tradeoffs with engineering leaders.
• Ability to translate complex business goals into precise technical requirements (PRDs/MRDs).
• Direct operational knowledge of ride-hail, PUDO logistics, and the last-mile problem.
• Experience leading and developing teams of product and engineering personnel.
• Proven success working in a start-up environment with minimal resources.

Nice to have

• Experience in Automotive, Transportation, Software as a Service (SaaS), or AI industries.
