What you will do
- Architect and develop robust embedded C++ firmware for power regulation, DVFS, and ultra-low-power sleep states.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of specialized firmware engineers, including conducting code reviews.
- Partner with Silicon Architecture and RTL design teams to define hardware/firmware interfaces.
- Drive power profiling, latency optimization, and firmware stability across bare-metal systems.
- Enhance unit testing and system simulation frameworks to support feature development.
- Leverage AI-driven flows to accelerate architecture, development, and validation coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of professional embedded firmware development experience using C and C++.
- 2+ years of experience leading engineering projects or managing personnel.
- In-depth knowledge of embedded system mitigations and RTOS.
- Hands-on experience writing bare-metal firmware for ARM or Xtensa CPUs.
