Software Team Lead (AI)

Location: Remote, Hod Hasharon, Center District, Israel

What you will do

• Lead, grow, and manage a team of six engineers across web, mobile, and backend.
• Own end-to-end delivery by planning, prioritizing, and shipping features on time with product and QA.
• Run the feature delivery process from PRD through release, ensuring work is tested during development.
• Set the technical direction for SDKs, the console, and capture services with the Architect Office.
• Improve test coverage, monitoring, and code review quality while driving an AI-first approach to writing, testing, and reviewing code.
• Work with product, support, and customers on issues and escalations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
• Daily use of AI tools and the ability to establish an AI-first development approach across code, tests, and reviews.
• Deep understanding of testing and quality, including test design, unit, component, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong critical thinking, including questioning assumptions, asking why before how, and supporting decisions with data.
• Hands-on experience in at least one area: React for web; native iOS or Android, Flutter, or React Native for mobile; or backend services with Node.js or Python.
• Experience building SDKs or products used directly by customers or other developers.
• Experience delivering to dates and managing priorities across product, QA, and other teams.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud environments; Azure and Kubernetes are preferred.

Nice to have

• Mobile SDK experience with iOS, Android, Flutter, or React Native.
• Experience with camera and image capture on web or mobile.
• Background in identity verification, fraud prevention, or fintech.
