NPI (Firmware Programming)

What you will do

• Create and develop first-article firmware programming solutions based on customer technical specifications.
• Analyze technical data to define setup criteria and select the appropriate programming platform.
• Act as a technical leader for major component programming activities.
• Interface with customer firmware design engineers to resolve programming issues and provide technical assistance.
• Author QOI, Standard Works, engineering bulletins, FQR, and failure analysis reports.
• Monitor and report productivity and quality of first-article prototypes.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of related experience with a four-year degree, or 3 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent work experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the relevant engineering and technology area.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently with minimal guidance.
• Experience providing informal guidance to less experienced colleagues.
• Ability to contribute to process improvements and resolve technical issues using existing solutions.
